Shotcreting

This technique has been used by Stap  in structural work such as repairing reinforced concrete structures and consolidating or strengthening masonry walls.

This concrete application method does not require coffering and makes it possible to repair even inaccessible areas with excellent adherence and durability.

Stap  has two different types of shotcrete equipment, in terms of operating principle: double chamber and rotary equipment. Both types work thanks to the drag suffered by the mixture when introduced into a strong compressed-air flow.

Due to the strict quality control implemented in this kind of work, Stap  is proud to provide shotcrete solutions with a degree of quality usually associated with coffered concrete.

This technique is also widely used in embankment coating and consolidation, often in association with nailing.
