Risk Mitigation for Earthquakes and Landslides
This is a very ambitious project involving a large number of European participants (about 47 participants consisting of companies and R&D units).
The objectives of this project are as follows:
- To develop innovative planning methods and structural and landslide appraisal methods to be implemented in both the short and long term;
- To develop advanced monitoring techniques and devices;
- To develop, manufacture and test new seismic insulating and damping devices.
The project development will be based on a set of complementary technologies, studies, and potential operating resources from each of the partners involved.
Stap’s participation in this project will enable the company to deepen its knowledge and acquire new skills in the area of the seismic protection of buildings.
