Important Marks

The ability to anticipate market trends, a specialized and integrated vision of rehabilitation, and continuous investment in skilled professionals and technical know-how have been key factors in keeping Stap at the forefront of the building rehabilitation sector.

In line with its commitment to continuous improvement, Stap recognized the strategic importance of certifying its Quality Assurance System (QAS) under the NP EN ISO 9002:1995 standard. The QAS was certified in 1999, with certification renewals and successive transitions through updated standards carried out up to the present day. The system is currently certified under NP EN ISO 9001:2015.

Believing that good Occupational Health, Safety, and Hygiene conditions are inseparable from its success and competitiveness, Stap obtained certification for its Occupational Health and Safety Management System in 2011. The integration of a Safety Management System based on the OHSAS 18001:2007 standard began in 2008, leading to the creation of an Integrated Quality and Occupational Health and Safety Management System (IQOHSGS), which was accredited in 2011.

In January 2021, the company completed the transition of its Occupational Health and Safety System to the NP ISO 45001 standard.

In 2023, Stap took another step forward in its innovation journey by creating an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Department, initiating the integration of this technology into its business processes. This strategic investment aimed to reinforce the pillars that define the company’s identity: the technical quality of its solutions, precision in project execution, and the continuous pursuit of innovation.

The adoption of AI is enabling the optimization of workflows, enhancement of operational and technical data analysis, and the development of new decision-support tools in areas such as planning, diagnosis of structural pathologies, and construction management. This evolution strengthens Stap’s ability to respond more efficiently, sustainably, and technically to the challenges of structural rehabilitation – always with a focus on preserving built heritage and maintaining client trust.

By embracing AI as an ally, Stap reaffirms its commitment to the future of engineering, while maintaining a strong connection to the specialized experience it has built over decades.
