Repair and Rehabilitation of Façades
1995
The ISCTE building exhibited several deficiencies, mainly corrosion of the reinforcement in various reinforced concrete elements. Stap intervention carried out by Stap in 1995 involved the rehabilitation of the deteriorated concrete.
Main works carried out
- Removal of deteriorated material;
- Substrate preparation;
- Application and curing of repair materials.
- Application of a final protective coating on the surfaces.
