The interventions carried out by Stap in the Lisbon Metro stations of Campo Pequeno, Rossio, Avenida, and Rotunda in 1980 were part of a station renovation campaign and the repair of deficiencies in the tunnels.

The work involved structural repairs and the elimination of water infiltration through expansion joints or due to other anomalies.

Applied Technique

To carry out these works, epoxy resin injections were used, capable of bonding to concrete even in the presence of water.
