This intervention involved the restoration works on the façades of the headquarters building of the CTT Postal Financial Services, located in Lisbon. 

Main works carried out

Main work done:

• Repair of reinforced concrete elements that showed delamination of the concrete cover over the reinforcement.

• Repair of exterior masonry brick walls, which exhibited cracks due to thermal shrinkage and differential displacements.

Other works:

• Protection and painting of all exterior concrete surfaces of the building.

• Installation of an under-ceiling protection (false ceiling type) on the 15th-floor terrace.

• Replacement of the sealants in the exterior window frames.
